Kuwait emir reappoints nephew as pm

HUNTAKH, Syria – Syrian President Bashar al-Assad took control of the northern Syrian town of Hit in the northern Homs countryside, Syria state news agency SANA reported on Friday.

The governorate of Homs i더킹카지노s in the east of the country and is controlled by Assad, but al-Assad has never been there, or had any control over the whole territory, a security source said on Friday.

He has never been a leader of th바카라e pro-government Free Syrian Army, although the country’s armed wing, the National Defense Forces (NDF), has been present there.

The new regime takes over the Syrian city after Assad’s loyalist and former foreign affairs minister, General Riad al-Asaad, was forced to leave for Kuwait. His replacement, Saeed al-Golani, was not appointed by Assad.

In July, U.S. State Department spokesman Mark Toner said after talks in Moscow that Assad had sent about 20,000 troops and weapons to the country.

Hate crimes, including the killing of Muslims by fellow citizens, and crimes against religious minorities, including killing apronxand burning of churches, continue, he added.

But al-Asaad on Friday said he met Assad to promote a reconciliation process between the rival Syrian opposition factions.

The federal Government has told police it can’t give away guns without strict gun rules as it tries to prevent another tragedy from happening.

In a statement on Saturday, the Federal Gove바카라rnment confirmed it would issue tighter gun laws, saying they would be in place „at a minimum“ for the week after the Christmas holidays.

The Government announced it had asked police to investigate the safety of a „significant number“ of police firearms officers in south-east Queensland.

One departmental commander has described the plan as „unprecedented“.

The announcement comes just three days after Queensland’s deputy premier Bob Carr said he knew of five to six people already killed as result of gun restrictions.

The Queensland Government said in a statement at the weekend it would support a ban on firearms, but would allow the Federal Government and independent gun-rights groups to monitor the changes.

It is understood police are concerned the tighter restrictions will le바카라사이트ad to the loss of firearms officers on their streets.

A Queensland Police Service spokesman told the ABC on Saturday night it would not make any우리카지노 further comment on the announcement.

The Queensland Government said in the statement it has „no intention to reduce the state’s police forces… this is a matter for the respective regional departments themselves“

„Any attempt to impose stricter gun laws where guns are already in public hands would violate section 5.1(a) of the Federal Criminal Code and a court could impose severe penalties on the person who contravenes it,“ the statement said.
