A joint venture involving the Kolev Group, a Russian company, and Indian defence and technology conglomerate Kirti Mahindra will acquire the contract to build a submarine and surface-to-surface missiles, the ministry added. But the Indian nuclear program and the Indian opposition to a US-Russian nuclear deal has caused great consternation in India, especially as Modi is expected to seek greate
