Street racer blames fatal crash on contact lens; owner’s son dies
DANVILLE, Va. (AP) — The driver of a car that went down in a Danville, Virginia, wooded area while making a pit stop said the car fell from the vehicle on the line because of예스카지노 a broken contact lens.
The crash killed Robert Scott, 46, the son of former NASCAR star Jim Scott, who passed away of colon cancer on Aug. 5.
Robert, who had been involved in a car accid우리카지노ent in 2005 in Massachusetts, called 911 early Friday morning to say the vehicle had gone down on the wooded roadway.
He said an on-camera reporter said he didn’t hear his voice because he was sitting o예스카지노n the shoulder of the road when the car went down.
Police said Scott’s car was struck by two other cars.
Robert was on his way to work, the Virginia State Police said.
