Reece said he’s had to be careful what he eats and drink.
„I just haven’t eaten a lot of fast food, just not as much since I moved here.“
Reece said fast food has really changed his life since moving from Vancouver to Chilliwack.
„Fast food has really changed the way I look at the city I grew up in and the people I grew up with,“ he said. „I have a great time just hanging out, doing other things around the neighbourhood.“
Reece said he’s enjoying everything about the place.
„It’s a real cool neighbourhood,“ he said. „You can just sit outside on any weekend night and go out drinking, go outside on the grassy knoll, and it doesn’t feel isolated. It feels like a new life for all the same old, same old.“
Reece said if you want something that’s not in the grocery store, try his restaurant, T-Bird.
„They sell everything from T-Bird to beer,“ he said. „They’ve just been selling all kinds of foods.“

„I think there’s definitely a place for people, and the people are definitely being able to find it,“ Ritchie said.

Lori Fung said the new restaurant could have a similar vibe.
„I can’t really imagine a place like that for much longer,“ she said. „I think everyone in town is going to want to visit that.“
Fung said a lot of people have been staying here for years so they will have a fresh feel going in next spring.
„We want everyone to come and come in and experience it for themselves.“
